From Stone & The Bruery:
With the slew of world-class brewers who've already agreed to be part of our Stone Groundbreaking Collaborations, you might have wondered if it could possibly get any better. Well, it just did. Patrick Rue, founder of Orange County's exalted The Bruery, is one heck of a nice guy, and he also happens to brew some of the best beers ever to grace the inside of a bottle.
Ahead of the wave of today's more experimental beer styles, Patrick's been brewing with unconventional ingredients for years. He's crafted gems of zymurgical perfection using outside-of-outside-of-the-box ingredients likesesame seeds, cayenne, Thai basil, rice, salt, guava, juniper berries, galanga root and even seaweed (not all in the same beer, don't worry!). Given his eclectic approach to beer, we can't even make a guess at what Patrick will come up with—other than that it will be utterly delicious.
If you want to secure your own 1.5-liter bottle, you can preorder one on our Stone Groundbreaking Collaborations page and claim your taste of brewing history.
