In order to keep up with the high demand of our King of the Pumpkins, we've had to not only increase production, but move it up on our production schedule.
Finding it difficult to even think about Imperial Pumpkin in the middle of July? That's okay - this big brew can hang around until the Fall. We don't want to tell you what to do, but... you might want to make sure you grab Pumpkin while you can. It doesn't last long and you'll be sorry if you miss it!
Imperial Pumpkin Ale will be released in the Visitors Center on Thursday, July 17th. We'll open the doors at 12 pm for sales and samples, but we've extended our hours until 8 pm. Our friends at Switchback Pizza will be joining us from 3 pm until 8 pm with pizza (for sale). They make amazing wood oven pizza using local seasonal ingredients. In fact, they'll be creating a specialty pizza on the 17th that features Imperial Pumpkin!
So be sure to stop by, sample our beers and grab a slice!

Jester's Tree
Jester's Tree, a 9.2% ABV Double IPA, is our collaboration with Naparbier of Spain. This brew combines Apollo, El Dorado and EXP 6300 hops resulting in a complex hop flavor, which is perfectly balanced with the malt backbone of Pale and Melanoidin malts.
Jester's Tree will be available in limited quantities on draft in restaurants and taverns in PA, NJ, OH and NC, as well as in 12 oz. bottles exclusively at the Visitors Center.
Jester's Tree will be released soon, so stay tuned to our site and/or Facebook page for the exact date!
Canis Minor
Canis Minor is the newest installation of our Brewer's Select series. Canis is a 6.5% ABV saison featuring Apollo, Perle and Brambling Cross hops, and Pils, Wheat and CarPils malts.
Look for Canis Minor to be released in early August. Canis will be available in limited quantities on draft in restaurants and taverns throughout our distribution area, as well as in 12 oz. bottles exclusively at the Visitors Center.
