From Two Roads Brewing:

Two Roads

announced today it has ordered additional fermenters and brewhouse vessels from Rolec Gmbh to increase capacity to 176,000 barrels. Additional equipment in filtration, cooling and storage will result in a $2.4 million expansion necessary to keep up with demand.

“This investment is an indication of our commitment to provide timely production to our distributor customers as well as to our contract customers,” said CEO Brad Hittle. “Just as important, we continue to invest in top-of-the-line equipment from Rolec so we can deliver the highest quality beers.”

The equipment is expected to be fully operational in April 2015. Clem Pellani, VP Sales and Marketing, commented that “the response to Two Roads beers by our distributors and consumers has been beyond expectations. We needed this expansion to keep up with demand for Two Roads beers while keeping our long term commitment to our contract customers. I couldn’t be more excited about our future”.
