As many of you may know, we were out in Colorado recently for the Craft Beer Conference and the World Beer Cup. While we were out there we picked up a new tool: a beer engine! We've done extensive testing with it, and are ready to release our first cask using it! We've put our standard Hop Drop n Roll in a cask and will be serving it with the Beer Engine to give it a slightly different character, and a much sweeter aroma. Come by the tap room this Tuesday and try it out!
