We are pleased to announce the plan behind our upcoming Union Series #3: Southern Cape Sparkling Ale. Head Brewer Damian McConn recently took a few moments out of his busy day to tell us more about the idea behind this beer, one brewed exclusively with ingredients from the Southern Hemisphere and sure to be perfect for summer beer enjoyment.
