Some of our savvy tap room patrons may have had a fat mint before, as a mix of our summer ale, NoDajito, and our Imperial Coco Loco. Well since we don't have the Imperial on draft currently, Brian has made us a great substitute. Fat Mint is a 6.5% Porter coming in at 32 IBU and 40 SRM. He used our basic Coco Loco recipe and added more Cocoa Nibs and Pale Chocolate Malt, and then threw in some spearmint for that delicious mint taste. Come down to the tap room this Tuesday and grab a glass!
