Run solely by the Rossis, and with occasional help from Rossi’s dad, Only Child Brewing Company has brewed, packaged and sold 16 different craft beers since last fall.
Craft beers they have produced include, “Attention Hog,” which is a rye pale ale, “Imaginary Friend,” a dark wheat beer, “Mine,” a Belgian pale ale, “Mama Knows Best,” a rustic, earthy style red saison, and the newest flavor, “Eat your Damn Vegetables,” a citrusy hoppy summer wheat beer.
