Looks like our pal Mike Simmons is keeping busy as he prepares to release an updated 12oz bottle for Nimble Hill Nim Wit.  This Belgian style wheat ale uses orange zest, coriander & ginger as well as Belgian yeast and it will come in at 4.8% ABV.
