What's a Tank Tap, you ask? It's Karl Strauss beer served from our on-site tanks. Brewed fresh at our Brewery Restaurants, styles are always rotating. Head on down to your local Karl Strauss and ask your server what's on the tank tap! 2014 is going to be a tasty year for Karl Strauss.

This beauty pictured here is Rasta Red, an American Red Ale with robust caramel flavors and dark fruit undertones. It's the very first Tank Tap at our newest restaurant in Temecula (they just started pouring!)
