According to the citations, Terrapin was cited twice for providing 32 ounces of beer or malt beverage without conducting a two-hour tour and twice for not posting signs or distributing notices that tour attendees are not required to purchase souvenir containers to participate in tours or tastings. It was cited once on each charge on Oct. 10 and again Oct. 24.
The citations from the Department of Revenue did not offer a narrative describing the events leading up to the citations beyond a single sentence: “Citations for serving 32 oz of beer without providing a two (2) hour tour and requiring the purchase of a souvenir glass to sample beer.”
