Eudora Brewing Co., a new brew-on-premise brewery and tasting room, opens Friday (Nov. 15) in Kettering, a Dayton suburb.
Neil Chabut, a 2011 University of Dayton graduate and homebrewer, worked in a homebrew shop for about a year before launching the brewery. His inspiration -- not too shockingly -- came from working at the shop.
