Next Wednesday night (10/16) from 5-10pm, we're holding a "Berries & Barrels" brewery party to celebrate the release of our blueberry & cinnamon Berliner Weisse, Mainer Weisse. This tart, fruity sour will be on tap for drafts, and bottles will be available for purchase (limit 2 per customer).
We'll also be putting a variety of experimental, barrel-aged beers (including at least one sour) on tap for drafts at the party. We have a very limited amount, so can't guarantee the beer will last beyond the party, but we can guarantee it will be some unique, delicious, oaky goodness while it's pouring (if you're on the fence about joining our 2014 Barrel Society, this is a great chance to see what our barrel-aged beers are all about). In the more immediate future, tonight (Wednesday, 10/9) we're releasing our Taza Stout from the taproom, alongside free samples of Taza Chocolate! Brewed with chicory and ginger root, then aged on Somerville's Taza Chocolate cacao nibs, this roasty, chocolatey dark ale should pair quite nicely with the chilly weather that just hit. We'll have it available in bottles, growlers, and on tap for drafts, and bottles will also hit many of our partner locations later this week.

In case you missed the announcement last week, we're now pouring Motuekanation at the taproom! We didn't have enough to bottle any, so it's drafts & growlers-only at the taproom of this bright, citrusy DIPA featuring 100% Motueka hops from New Zealand!
