From Half Full Brewery & Remarkable Liquids:
Half Full Brewery
is excited to announce the signing of a distribution agreement with Remarkable Liquids of Albany, NY. The agreement will allow Half Full Brewery to expand beyond the border of Connecticut for the first time, beginning with distribution exclusively in Westchester County, NY. This is Half Full Brewery’s first foray into a new market since entering New Haven County in Connecticut in the fall of 2012.
“At Half Full, we pride ourselves on undertaking deliberate, deep dives into nearby markets and converting consumers into fans of Half Full – our beer, story, and perspective — one beer and one conversation at a time,” said Conor Horrigan, Founder and Chief Beer Philosopher for Half Full Brewery. “Choosing a distributor that believes in our approach is crucial and in this regard, Remarkable Liquids is the perfect partner to bring us into New York given their knowledge and passion for locally crafted beer. They do not simply distribute beer, rather, they are a growing voice in the local, fresh craft beer movement in New York and we look forward to growing with them.”
Half Full Brewery will launch distribution initially with three beers. Half Full Bright Ale, a citrusy blond-pale ale, is the brewery’s flagship, and will be available alongside their rye-based India Pale Ale and seasonal Pumpkin Ale. Currently, all of Half Full Brewery’s offerings are draught only, although that may change as early as spring 2014.
“Remarkable Liquids was formed with one simple tenet; follow your passion. Our passion is to represent only the greatest beers, and to only surround ourselves with people who we would like to share those beers with,” said Spencer Noakes, of Remarkable Liquids. “Half Full, and its founder Conor Horrigan, embodies that tenet on so many levels. They are enthusiastic, community minded and energetically ambitious. Most importantly, they strive every day to produce the best beer they possibly can. We are beyond excited to jumpstart the process of introducing Half Full to the craft beer drinkers of New York.”
