We Brought you the label for this beer, and now this from Angel City:
Just like autumn leaves, summer nights and Valentine candy – the best things in life are gone right before we have had enough. So, lovers of Vanilla Porter better step up while supplies last of Angel City Brewery’s inaugural special winter release of Vanilla Porter. Twenty-two-ounce bombers of the Vanilla Porter will be available beginning November 4 at grocery, convenience and specialty beer stores throughout Southern California – but don’t wait too long, only 200 cases will be produced before they are on to the next specialty release.
The Vanilla Porter, available on tap at the brewery’s Public House as well, has proven to be a favorite among both beer aficionados and casual drinkers. While dark as night and rich in flavor, this Vanilla Porter is actually a beautiful sipping beer with a pleasant vanilla aroma and delectably sweet finish – perfect for shorter days and long chilly nights.
The Angel City special release series, kicking off with Vanilla Porter, will be an ongoing program of limited edition specialty beers from the Downtown LA brewery. The staff of brewers at Angel City will pick one specialty beer seasonally, which will be available for a short time only, and bottled exclusively in limited edition, silk screed glass.
In addition to the special release series, Angel City Brewery recently announced the 12-ounce bottling of its two flagship brews, Eureka! Wit and Angeleno IPA. Sold in 12oz. 6-packs and 22-oz. single serve bombers, they are also available throughout Southern California at specialty beer, grocery and convenience stores. The bar is open 7 days a week with an ever-changing calendar of events ranging from weekly industry and trivia nights, to art shows and live music. Private event space is also available. The Public House is open Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm – 10:00pm, Friday 4:00pm – 12am, Saturday 12:00pm – 12:00am, and Sunday 12:00pm – 10:00pm.
