From the Baltimore Business Journal:

Oliver Breweries, owner of the Pratt Street Ale House, plans to open a production facility in Northeast Baltimore by spring 2014.

Justin Dvorkin, co-owner of Oliver Breweries, said he has acquired a 12,000-square-foot warehouse at 4216 Shannon Drive off Sinclair Lane near Herring Run. The building was previously home to a Reddy Ice distribution facility.

Currently, the brewery makes roughly 2,000 barrels of beer per year and the new space will allow it to eventually reach a goal 8,000 to 10,000 barrels. Oliver, known for its line of English-style ales, currently makes the beer at the Pratt Street restaurant location. An Ale House Columbia also opened late last year.
