From Modern Times:
Let's start with the news you can drink: we've released our second 100% Brett Trois beer, Roraima, and it's on-tap in the tasting room (this is a great time to visit the tasting room, by the way, because we have some really tasty leftovers from the Grand Opening Party, including Black House w/ coconut & cocoa nibs and Citra Double Dry Hopped Neverwhere).
Fans of Neverwhere will definitely be able to taste the similarities, but Roraima goes in a maltier/fruitier direction. It's a really interesting, unique beer, and we'd love to hear what you think of it.
For more info on Roraima, here's a blog post explaining a bit about how we made it, and why in the hell we named it Roraima. Here's a hint.
And now for the big announcement I often like to bury at the bottom of the email newsletter...Cans are scheduled to show up on Tuesday! It'll take us several weeks to fill them and get them to our distributor, so you can tentatively expect to start seeing them on shelves in early-to-mid October.
