From Aspen Daily News:
But despite the recent complaints from Natalia Shvachko and husband, Michael Sedoy, owners of two, adjacent multimillion-dollar condos, Clauss said the beer business has been “a great experience.”
Sedoy and Shvachko moved into one of the next-door condos in late 2012, and complaints about the brewing company and other bars and restaurants soon followed.
The city is prosecuting Clauss’ business on the one hand for the alleged noise violations, and suing Sedoy and Shvachko on the other, contending that they are violating the building permit that was issued for their residences. Since moving in, the couple has refused to provide access to a staircase and elevator at the front of the building for affordable housing tenants and people with disabilities, according to court filings.
