Ninkasi Releases 3 New Rare & Delicious (R&D) Series Beers: Kolsch, Bohemian Pils & Eugene Extreme

From Ninkasi:

What are NInkasi Rare & Delicious (R&D) Series beers? Are they rare? Yes! Are they delicious? We definitely think so! To be exact, we define our R&D Series as the creative expressions of each member of our brewing collective. Drawing upon more than 90 years of combined brewing experiences, our brewers definitely know their stuff when it comes to ingredients and quality. We developed this series in 2012 to enable our staff the ability to create a beer on their own, from start to finish. They capture the creativity of each member and are available on-draft only in limited states (aka, they are rare!).

This July, our team has brewed up three delicious R&D Series beers, including Eugene Esteem, a California-style common ale; Kolsch and Bohemian Pils, brewed in celebration of the Oregon Brewers Festival.

“The Rare and Delicious Series allows our brewers to pursue creative mastery through making beers they have never made before. Each brewer combines creativity and research to produce a new beer that explores new ingredients, yeasts or processes in the quest to create something new and tasty!” – Jamie Floyd.

And now, introducing the new, rare and deliciously awesome brews:
