From Karbach:

The nation’s craze for high-quality craft beer has continued to spill into San Antonio as local beer wholesaler Silver Eagle Distributors brings Texas-grown Karbach Brewing Co. to the Alamo City. Beginning July 9, San Antonians will be able to enjoy year-round offerings, such as Weisse Versa Wheat and Hopadillo IPA, along with seasonal favorites at their nearest bar or restaurant. The debut of Karbach in San Antonio will be the brewery’s first product roll-out outside the greater Houston area.

“We are excited to be expanding into additional Texas communities, and look forward to introducing our unique and flavorful brews to our neighbors in San Antonio,” says Eric Warner, Brewmaster for Karbach Brewing Co.

The brewer is working with Silver Eagle to initially roll-out draft offerings in restaurants and bars across the city. Then in the fall, residents can expect to see Karbach’s line-up of canned products debuting as well.

“We have enjoyed being involved in Karbach’s rapid growth, and are thrilled to partner with such a great team to bring their quality selection of beers to San Antonians,” says president and CEO of Silver Eagle Distributors, John L. Nau.

Karbach was recently ranked number two on a list of the country’s fastest-growing craft breweries. The brewery is currently finishing a large expansion of its Houston-based facility, which will increase its production capabilities from 15,000 to 40,000 barrels.
