Polycot

We are currently getting ready for our late summer and fall releases, beginning with Polycot (ABV - 7.2%, IBU - 16)tomorrow, Saturday, July 27. Available throughout California at select stores, bars and restaurants on draught and in 22oz Bombers. A wheat beer made with hundreds of pounds of organic apricots, it goes down smooth, but at over 1.5 times the alcohol of Orange Wheat.

Essence

And a second Local Fields release, Essence (ABV - 8.5%, IBU - 75), is still available around California on draught and in 22 oz Bombers. Essence is a traditional west coast double IPA enhanced by generous additions of navel oranges, sweet blood oranges and grapefruit -all locally grown.


Oktoberfest Fall Lager Our

next Seasonal, Oktoberfest Fall Lager (ABV -5.7%,IBU-23),is now bottled, kegged and due August 10. An ode to the brewing traditions of Germany, this amber lager is brewed in true Reinheitsgebot fashion using the finest imported German Malt, German Hops and German Yeast. It will be available on draught and in 4-packs of 12 oz bottles throughout California and Nevada. 

Barrel Roll No. 1 - Immelmann

For those craving some barrel-aged beer, Immelmann (ABV - 10.6%,IBU - 40) will return on September 14.  The first beer brewed in our Barrel Roll Series, Immelmann is an aged Imperial Porter. This is an intense, yet refined flavor experience to be savored today or aged to be enjoyed at your leisure. Available on draught and in 750ml bottles at select bars and stores in California.
