Bell’s Brewery Chooses New Location For Upper Hand Escabana, MI Brewery

From UpperMichigan Source:

Bell's Brewery has selected a five acre parcel on Renaissance Lane in the Delta County Airport's Renaissance Zone. The site will be the future home of a state-of-the-art brewing and bottling facility.

The brewery was originally considering a plot of land in the Whitetail Industrial Park, but decided that the Renaissance Zone was better suited to their needs.

The Bell's Brewery, which will be carrying all new products, will be built under the name Upper Hand Brewery. The construction is expected to cost $1.3 million for a 11,550 square foot facility. The Planning Commission will review a plan from Bell's Brewery on August 8.
