Today we get to see the approved label for Bell’s Brewery Eccentric Ale 2012 (yes 2012 not 2013).  This malt beverage brewed with pumpkin, sweet potato, butternut squash with spices, honey & maple syrup added….and of course it is brewed under the discerning eye of our pal Larry Bell.  Based on the ingredients, this MAY be the version we wrote about that was brewed in Dec 2012 with Jamie Floyd of Ninkasi.  Eccentric Ale 2012 will be packaged in 12oz bottles.
