After 14 months of barrel aging and Flor-sherry fermentation Entropy is blended and ready to be released at 12:00 on April 20.

Bottles are 750 mL 'port style' bottles with a wine cork and dripped wax finish (pictures soon!) Final alcohol by volume is 14.2%

Purchase your bottles here to reserve for pick up at the launch. We cannot ship the beer, but upon purchase, we will reserve it at the brewery for you for up to 6 months. The maximum allocation is 6 bottles per person.
