A really interesting commentary on the popularity of flavored malt beverages (FMB) coming out of Leinenkugel’s today. In an interview with the Denver Post Leinenkugel’s highlighted that Summer Shandy accounts for 30% of their overall sales and may account for 40% in 2013.
Leinenkugel said Summer Shandy accounted for 30 percent of the brewery’s sales last year, and it could reach 40 percent this year.
