Narragansett - 1910 Delivery Truck Photo

This is no joke….this is a real photo.  Details from Narragansett:

Thanks to the New Bedford Whaling Museum for sharing this on Facebook. It’s Robert Fay’s beer delivery truck hauling some ‘Gansett down the cobblestone streets in historic New Bedford circa 1912. Most likely heading t’ward the Pour Farm Tavern of 100 years ago. Those wooden barrels are filled with frosty lager and ale ready to quench the thirst of the hard workers on the docks after the fishing boats came in. It makes fo’ nice!
