Left Hand Twin Sisters Double IPA Returns

From Left Hand:

(Longmont, CO) – There are two sides to every story…a notion that is not lost on Left Hand’s Twin Sisters Double IPA. Inspired by the sacred mountain range to the West of the Longmont brewery, the Twin Sisters are a pair of breathtaking peaks, ascending 11,428’ into the rocky mountain skyline. Left Hand’s Double IPA offering is an expression of duality, showcasing the complexity of the ingredients, yet harmonious balance of the hops & malts.

A literal hop farm with twice the amount of hops as most IPAs, Twin Sisters grabs your nose upfront with its sweet pine and citrusy aromas. Flinty hop flavors take you from dreaming about wildflower honey to the tongue awakening Earthy, bitter hop resins that swirl in to finish. Balanced with a robust, earthy backbone, Twin Sisters is incredibly drinkable and approachable for a double IPA – a signature of Left Hand Brewing Company’s style.

We take such pride in our Double IPA, we’re going to shout it from the mountain tops – literally. The Left Hand sales team will be paying homage to the Twin Sisters by scaling the 11,428’ peaks this summer! “Here at Left Hand, we always say that we’re more than just a brewery – we’re a part of the community. Respecting our local heritage and being in touch with our home state is a big part of that.” comments Chris Lennert, VP of Operations.

Twin Sisters will be available in Left Hand’s 26 state distribution. Twin Sisters will be packaged in 22 ounce bottles and kegs. The biannual beer will not be brewed again till 2015.
