There’s a lot going on with this beer….today we have Paradox Beer Co Low Hanging Fruit Beer Project “The Cherished.”  This is an American-Belgo double bock lager brewed with natural flavor added and aged in wine barrels.  If that’s not enough, this beer is also bottle conditioned in it’s big 750ml bottles.  The Cherished will come in at 8.5% ABV.
