New Year, New Digs, New Beer, it's gonna be pretty exciting over here at the brewery for 2013. Not only have we expanded our distribution to include Western New York and Northern New Jersey but we are about to add another year round ale to the line up. CLBC's India Pale Ale will be released sometime late January and will be the first of it's kind for Scott Vaccaro. The Imperial IPA has been such a success and fan favorite of the brewery since the beginning but now we will introduce this other hop friendly ale to the masses. The India Pale Ale will be available on tap as well as for sale in 12oz bottles six packs and cases.
In the tasting room there are a few changes including our hours of operation. Starting in March we will be open from Wednesday-Sunday and closed Monday-Tuesday. Wednesday- Friday we will be open for both retail and tastings from 4pm-8pm. Saturdays will remain the same 12pm-6pm. Sundays will now be open from 12pm-5pm with tours available as well. These new hours will also be accompanied by more late night events such as poker night, dart league/tournaments, cornhole & bocce tournaments, more music events, a beer 101 course and home brew meets/competitions.
We are very excited to share all these great new activities with all of you especially the re-opening of the patio area as soon as it gets warm outside.
Some upcoming events that we would like to share with you are: Sandy Hook Elementary Charity Concert Featuring Black Taxi January 24th. A Pre-Valentines concert party "Lover's Quarrel" with the Cookery Restaurant on February 8th. Our First Annual Bollock's Fest on St. Patrick's Day March 17th which will also be the release of three pilot batch ales in the Irish style. Also be on the lookout for our Brew Year's Eve Party on April 7th to celebrate the true end of prohibition in this country. More information and updates coming soon.
