We brought you the story of Goose Island’s John Laffler as he worked to open his own brewery, Off Color Brewing.  Last week John departed Goose Island, and now this week Off Color is showing off the beginning of the new brewery with the caption:

You could say that our brewery is a big hole in the ground. True; still it's a goddamn awesome big hole in the ground.
