Trinity - Red Swingline IPA Primitif 4.1% ABV 100 IBU

Today we have a new 25.3oz bottle from Trinity Brewing called Red Swingline IPA Primitif.  This new session-IPA clocks in at 4.1% ABV and it’s aged on Bretta & Lacto…and according to the label is is “cellarable indefinitely” and 100 IBU.  This beer is brewed with coriander & tangerine zest, and fermented with lactobacillus and Brettanomyces then aged on French oak barrels & fry hopped.  The QR code takes you to Trinity’s social media page and if you follow up on Facebook, you’ll find the whole “shtick” on the label revolves around the movie “Office Space.”
