FX Matt Turns Wastewater Into Power w/Anaerobic Digesters

More environmental-friendly news coming from FX Matt Brewing home of Saranac as they use anaerobic digesters to run their wastewater into energy.  Details from WKTV:

The anaerobic digesters will create energy to clean waste water and generate 40 percent of the brewery's electricity.

"We are taking waste water and creating energy out of it," said Nick Matt, Chairman and CEO, F.X. Matt Brewery. "Otherwise it just goes right down the drain and nothing happens to it. That is about as environmentally friendly as you can be."
