We brought you the original Das Wunderkund Organic Sour Saison from Jester King…and now they seem to have dropped the Organic & Sour from the beer name. While the Organically produced label still remains and it still uses wild yeast and bacteria, it no longer appears to be labeled as a sour beer…just simply a saison. It remains at 4.5% ABV and it does list “Souring bacteria” so I suspect this may just be a label update to the same beer.
