Boulder, CO – October 1st 2012/mbb/ – Twisted Pine Brewing Company has loaded the calendar with fun events for locals and visitors alike during this year’s Great American Beer Festival. Just a short car ride from Denver, host to the annual event, Boulder’s breweries are gearing up for high traffic tourism, and Twisted Pine is ready to show beer-loving travelers a great time.
Monday, Re-release of Ghost Face Killah: The spiciest beer in the world! A small quantity will be available each day throughout the week, and purchases will be limited to four bottles per customer.
Tuesday, Twisted Trivia & All-day Happy Hour: Happy Hour pricing on all year-round beers translates to $3 pints and $11 pitchers ALL DAY LONG! Plus, Boulder’s best trivia experience from 6:30-8:30.
Wednesday, The Grand Expansion Party: Celebrate with Twisted Pine in our new, triple-sized tap room! The party starts at 4pm and runs until 9, complete with a frozen T-shirt contest and live music 6-8.
Thursday, Giveaway Day: Complimentary Twisted bottle openers for every visitor until we run out.
Friday, Big Beer Bash: Straight from the Twisted cellar, 2011 Bough Breaker Barleywine & 2011 Northstar Imperial Porter will make a special tap room appearance at 4pm! Live music from Danny Schafer 6:30-8:30.
Saturday, Twisted Tastes with Ginger Johnson: Start GABF-Saturday off on the right foot with small bites paired with rare beers, accompanied by an edutaining seminar by Ginger Johnson, founder of Women Enjoying Beer. The tasting will take place at the Twisted Pine tap room from 9:30-11am. Those purchasing tickets through Oct. 7th will be entered into a drawing and two lucky participants will each win a pair of tickets to the sold-out GABF! Sunday, $2 Great American Pints: An assortment of Twisted Pine’s past-winners from the GABF will be on sale for $2 a pint all day on Sunday.
