We broke the news that Stone Vertical Epic 12.12.12 would be a Belgian-Style Christmas Ale. Our pal Mitch Steele gave us a clue, and now today we have even more. Stone Vertical Epic 12.12.12 is the final chapter in this series of beers…each meant to be aged until the penultimate release in December 2012. 12.12.12 uses a “womp” of spices including cinnamon, ginger, allspice, Sweet orange peel, clove and rosehips all “in he context of a Belgian style abbey-ish beer (but not as sweet…dry even…Stone style.)”
Stay tuned on details of the celebration, the release of 12.12.12 and even the homebrew recipe! 12.12.12 will be packaged in 22ox bottles and come in at 9.4% ABV.
