Fat Heads Co-Brews “Cuyahawga” Maple Bacon Stout w/Chardon Brew Works For Cleveland Beer Week

image

We brought you a peek at the Fat Heads / Victory co-brewed beer for Cleveland Beer week and now Fat Head’s is showing off the 50lbs of bacon they used to dry-hop (or “dry-hogging” as they are calling it) their Maple Bacon Stout.  This beer was brewed with Chardon brew Works and will premier at Cleveland Beer Week.  This from Fat Heads:

For Cleveland Beer Week, we brewed Cuyahawga - a collaborative maple bacon stout with Chardon Brew Works. To get that great bacon flavor we dry hopped…err…hogged the beer with freshly cooked bacon. Fifty pounds of bacon went into the ovens! Stop by the brewpub during Cleveland Beer Week for a pint!
