This from Cambridge Brewing:
It’s been a few weeks now since I first announced CBC’s 5thAnnual Great Pumpkin Festival and I’ve managed to
get you some more details on the whole thing.
The menus hit my inbox today and Executive Chef David Drew has got some awesome food for you. How about some Pumpkin Ravioli or a Stuffed Statler Chicken Breast with Pumpkin, Gorgonzola & Spinach, Whipped Kennebec Potatoes and Great Pumpkin Ale Jus? You won’t want to miss the PumpkinBread Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert! And that’s just a peak at what’s being served inside. On the outdoor grill he’ll be serving up some tasty bites as well. Think easy to handle, no plate required Oktoberfest-type food. The Grilled Bratwurst will be back again this year and will be joined by Grilled Pumpkin Flatbreads.
You can see both menus here.
Just as soon as I stopped drooling over the food menu, I got an email from CBC Brewmaster Will Meyers with his updated list of breweries expected to be at this year’s event. CBC will indeed be having 11 of our own pumpkin beers including White Widow,Stout at the Devil, and Fire and Brimstone. We’ll be seeing returning favorites such as Dogfish Head Punkin Ale and The Bruery’s Autumn Maple, as well as new beers like Hop Squash
Pumpkin IPA,a collaboration beer by Elysian Brewing and Ninkasi Brewing. For the complete current list of beers and breweries, click here.
