Sun King Brewing Co. is committed to enriching the lives of Hoosiers one pint at a time.  We are dedicated to giving back to the community and helping make our Indiana a great place to live.  We take pride in partnering with organizations that help better the lives of Hoosiers, build stronger communities, and enhance the City of Indianapolis and the State of Indiana.

We would like to introduce to you, Sun King Community Talks (SKCT), a new program through which the people of Indianapolis can be introduced to and become involved with various not-for-profits throughout central Indiana and Indianapolis.  Through this new initiative, SKB will bring together like-minded organizations, who are looking for people to get involved.  The event is designed to give various organizations the opportunity to introduce their mission and for individuals to ask questions in a comfortable environment.

The theme behind the inaugural Sun King Community Talks is "The Dog Days of Summer".  We will be highlighting four local organizations with volunteer opportunities involving animals.  The organizations are:  Indy Humane Society, ICAN, Every Dog Counts, and Forever Friends Great Dane Rescue.  Edwards Dashboard Diner will be on site serving delicious food and pints of Sun King will be available for purchase.

Please join us tomorrow, Wednesday, August 22nd, 2012 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Sun King Brewery (135 N. College Ave.) and let's bring the volunteer spirit back to Indianapolis!
