Here’s a peek inside the brew kettle @ Ithaca Beer Co showing all those fresh New York Hops as they brew Outdoor Ale.  Details from Ithaca:

imageOutdoor is our celebration of New York's hop harvest. We start early in the morning, at the farm, taking fresh wet hops right off of the vine, then we rush back to the brewery where we stuff fresh hops into every vessel we use in brewing this fresh ale.This American Pale Ale is brewed with only one malt, dry hopped excessively and packaged unfiltered. It's a showcase of the fresh, intense character of the hop flower, and best enjoyed with good company.
