Looks like Brewery de Molen will be co-brewing with 3 Floyds, Allagash and Against the Grain. Menno Olivier is on tour (in Philly now) and has schedule in stops at several brewers for some co-brewing. Details from The Festival:
Tuesday, June 12th – Brew Day at Against the Grain (imp stout aged on bourbon Pappy )
Friday, June 15th – Brew at Three Floyds a big Saison fermented high in temperature and dry-hopped.
Wednesday, June 20th – Brew at Allagash: a slightly smoked Triple.
Against the Grain’s brew will be called Bo & Luke. This from Against The Grain & De Molen: Against The Grain Brewery, located in Louisville KY, and Dutch brewer Menno Oliver of Brouwerij De Molen will collaborate on an experimental beer [Imperial Stout]. This beer, to be known as Bo & Luke, will emphasize the constituent ingredients found in authentic Kentucky Bourbon and will be barrel conditioned in Pappy van Winkle bourbon barrels. Jerry Gnagy (AtG Brewmaster) and Menno will co-produce this beer at Against The Grain Brewery on Tuesday- June 12, 2012, while Menno makes his first trip to The United States. The beer will be available in the third quarter of 2012.
