First off a huge thank you to my pal Kevin for sharing his amazing Fantome collection last night.  Kevin has labored for years to collect what is arguably the largest Fantome collection and tasting outside Belgium.  It was an amazing experience and a lot of fun.  In the end Kevin shared:

  4. Very cool! I've hosted 3 Fantome tastings as well...I think I may have it beat! The last tasting had 45 different Fantomes!
