Left Hand Brewing–TNT Weizen Dopplebock

imageHere’s a new one coming out of Left hand Brewing in Longmont CO called TNT Weizen Dopplebock Ale with Lapsang Souchong Tea (from the Tea Spot).  Very little details are available so far, but look for this to be an early spring release.  This is the 22oz and keg packaging.image

  1. My wife and I tried Left Hand's TNT Weizen Dopplebock last night. She couldn't finish hers. The chinese tea added to the beer gives it a decidedly funky finish which gets stronger and more noticeable as the beer warms. I choked down the remainder of the both beers and paid for it this morning. If nothing else the beer makes a good liquid laxative.

  2. Sorry to hear it....I've heard mixed reviews on this beer, and it is for sure a unique combination I suspect not everyone will love.

What part of the country did you find it in?
