Jester King & Bruery Terreux Collaborate On Sacred Vessel

Jester King & Bruery Terreux Collaborate On Sacred VesselThis morning we get our very first peek at a new collaboration beer coming from Jester King in Austin, TX.  This is Sacred Vessel and it is a farmhouse ale refermented with California Roussanne grapes & Viognier grapes as well as Texas rosemary.  This beer is a collaboration with Placentia, CA’s Bruery Terreux and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles at Jester King.  The beer is inspired by “the ancient and resinous Greek wine Retisna” and it is a barrel-aged sour ale that referments in an oak foudre.  The beer hits 9.5%-AbV and this is blend # 1 from Feb 2018.  Stay tuned for release info.
