Jester King 2017 Spon Peach & Apricot

Today we get to see the 2017 SPON Peach & Apricot from Jester King Brewery in Austin, TX.  The beer remains a blend of one-year and six-month old 100% spontaneously fermented bee refermented with peaches and apricots.  The beer was blended on 23 June 2017 and this is the 12.7oz bottle.  Below we have the 2017 SPON Muscat and it is a similar beer to the other POSN beers, however this version is refermented with Muscat grapes.  This beer was bottled on 15 Aug 2017, also in 12.7oz bottles.  I’ve added in 2017 SPON Syrah & Sangiovese and again it is the same basics but refermented with Syrah & Sangiovese grapes.
