Stone - Stochasticity Project - Grapefruit Slam IPA

image
Here’s an interesting beer that will be coming from Stone…..sort of….it’s really coming from Koochenvagner’s Brewing Co (the name Stone uses on label approvals) in their Escondido Facility.  This is Stochasticity Project grapefruit Slam IPA.  Stochasticity is loosely defined as “the quality of lacking any predictable order or plan” so I suspect we’ll see more brews coming to this series in a fairly random order and timing.  This ale with grapefruit peel added sounds great, it will be package din 22oz bottles and come in at 8.2% ABV.

  1. The beer was originally brewed by Stone for the World of Beer franchise and was only released in draught. Apparently now Stone is packaging it for the rest of the world. Meh, it was ok.....
