Fort Collins Brewer Launches Out of The Ashes Series 8/25 w/Rauchbier & Mesquite Chili Lime Beer

From Fort Collins:

Out of the Ashes is a series of limited release beers that showcases the varied and unique flavors and aromas derived from grain smoked over wood-burning fires, an ancient but largely forgotten method of creating malt. The first two members of this ongoing series will be Rauchbier (winner of a GABF 2012 Gold Medal) and Mesquite Chili Lime Ale.

To celebrate Silver Grill Cafe's 80th anniversary, we collaborated to brew a Lemon Wheat Ale. The tapping party at FCB's Tasting Room will be July 19th 4-8pm, and find it at the Silver Grill as part of the World's Largest Bloody Mary Bar starting July 20th.
