Before Xmas we brought you news that Sierra Nevada would be revamping their Ovila packaging (Abbey of New Clairvaux ) to carry a heavier presence of the Sierra Nevada Logo…and today you get your first peek at Ovila Abbey Quad--ale brewed with Plums. This new beer will be packaged in 12.7oz bottles (and kegs) and come in at a big 10.2% ABV. The new labels look great and woven into the cloth of the monk they carry the words “Brewed in collaboration with the monks of the Abbey of New Clairvaux Ovila Abbey Ales--Monastic inspiration & American Innovation. This is the first new label release so stay tuned for more labels.
