We delved deep into our recipe archives to resurrect an old favorite that we haven't brewed in over a decade: Rad Red. The ruby/copper hue of Rad Red is derived from a blend of roasted caramel malts, imparting a balanced degree of toffee, toasted, and caramel flavors. While retaining the classic piney, grapefruit character of Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo hops from the original recipe, we've added a touch of Citra hops for an extra layer of tropical and citrus notes.
Food Paring Suggestions: Upland nachos, spinach artichoke dip, guajillo pork tacos, Thai tofu salad, Hoosier tenderloin, blackened salmon BLT, Denver cut border style (Bloomington entrée), Alabama shrimp and grits (Columbus entrée), shrimp and grits (Jeffersonville entrée), classic or inferno burger.
