Pumpkin Fest, Steinholding Competition, Polka Band and More!
We are excited that fall is right around the corner! For with Fall comes lots of great happenings here at the brewpub.
If you haven't heard yet, Pumpkin Fest is back this year from September 9th to the 15th. Darren brewed up the original pumpkin ale we had years ago and it is on tap and in cans. Since we brought back the Pumpkin Ale we decided we should have a Pumpkin Fest again, and thanks to PJ, our Chef, we will have a lot of pumpkin food features to make it a great Pumpkin Fest all week!
We also our hosting our 2nd Annual Steinholding Competition to kick off our Oktoberfest! Last year we had a good turnout, fun was had by all, and we decided to bring it back. Sign up at the brewpub to test out your arm strength and see how long can you actually hold a stein filled with beer. Who knows, you might have the strongest arms in the area, and win the bragging rights and be heading off to states this year at the SteelStacks Oktoberfest in Bethlehem.
We are also having a Polka band, Gemutlichkeit Trio, on October 5th from 6 - 8pm to round out our Oktoberfest. It will be a great time to come on out, drink an Oktoberfest or two, and have some amazing Oktoberfest features the kitchen dished up.
Besides these great happenings, we have a New Fall Menu rolling out early September, Trivia every Wednesday, Wing Night every Thursday, and Live Music every first and third Friday, and the second and fourth Saturday of every month. Old Forge is the place to be this Fall, so swing on by and join us a for a pint or two and a great meal!
