Oakland Park Oktoberfest presented by Funky Buddha
Get ready to bust out the stein: Funky Buddha is enlightening Oakland Park’s Oktoberfest on October 4th-6th at Jaco Pastorius Park! We’ll be bringing German-inspired beers, authentic grub, lawn games, and our signature funky style. Enjoy unique experiences at this annual celebration like Central Bark Ft. Lauderdale’s Dachshund Dash, stein races, amusement rides, Bavarian folk dancing, and much more. Plus plenty of Funky Buddha on tap, served up in commemorative steins. Prost!

Beer Tap List
Available in 1 Liter Stein or 16oz pours. Funky Buddha Steins will be available for purchase at the event.
Floridian Wheat Beer: Our unfiltered and refreshing German-style hefeweizen with notes of tropical fruit and spice. 5.2% ABV
Buddhafest Marzen: An Oktoberfest Marzen brewed with Munich malts for a deep amber color and a bready flavor. 6% ABV
Vibin’ Lager: Italian-style Pilsner with a golden-pale body and delicate, noble hop harmony. 5% ABV
Hop Gun IPA: East Coast-style IPA with flavors of grapefruit and pineapple balanced by caramel malts. 7% ABV

Craft Food Counter & Kitchen Oktoberfest Food Menu
Our very own Craft Food Counter and Kitchen will be serving up authentic German-inspired dishes along with a few funky favorites.
Tap Room Pretzel
Our famous pretzel is made with spent grain from Floridian Hefeweizen and the beer itself.
Grilled Wings
Marinated in Chef Jeff’s own spice rub and fried, served with low country mustard or watermelon barbecue sauce.
Kartoffelpuffer
Shallow pan-fried potato pancakes with brown ale infused applesauce, sugar, and cinnamon.
Grilled Bratwurst
Beer-braised then grilled and served with our brewer’s cabbage, ale mustard, and caramelized onions on a fresh-baked poppy seed bun.
Chicken Schnitzel
Floridian-marinated chicken cutlets pounded thin and served with ale mustard and beer pickles.
Kid’s Wurst
Steamed hot dog in a bun with condiments optional.
Kid’s Schnitzel
Chicken schnitzel cut into bite size pieces and served with ketchup.
Apple Strudel
Traditional German puff pastry stuffed with cinnamon-infused, baked apples.
