NEW BEER RELEASING
FRIDAY, AUGUST 9th
This week, we're bringing back Eminent Point, an American IPA that we previously released for the first time back in January. American IPAs were a style that propelled craft beer into the mainstream. We've migrated away from this beer style over the years, but we have progressed so much in terms of ingredients and technique that we wanted to revisit our roots and improve on what we've made in the past. This beer is delicious, aromatic, balanced, and not overly bitter. It's a true nod to the style with a fresh take we think you'll love.
For Alluvial, we were asked to create a beer using Amarillo hops for a celebratory dinner held during the Hop Research Council's annual Summer Meeting at Coleman Agriculture's Alluvial Hop Farm. The HRC includes all facets of the hop industry - growers/processors/brewers, and it was our pleasure to make this beer to share with them. The Amarillo hops used in this beer were grown at Virgil Gamache Farms in Toppenish, Washington, where Amarillo was first developed.
